FireBoard Probes

Competition Series probes are the perfect choice to get precise readings in smaller cuts of meat or where space is limited. This 6 packfeatures four (4) SF675T and two (2) SF628T competition probes, giving you a variety of options to use with your FireBoard SF675T: Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 75mm (~3″) long probe, 1.8mm (1/16″) diameter. SF628T: Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 28mm (~1″) long probe, 1.8mm (1/16″) diameter.

SANT311T Probe type: Thermistor.  Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C).  Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.

The SV311 Temperature Probe extends the sheath to 5″ which provides a better configuration for cooking in pots and Sous-Vide cooking. Can also be used inside of a oven, grill, cooler, or freezer. Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 5 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.  1/4 BSP Threading. SV311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). SV311 – Probe type: RTD PT-100 Class A. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 716°F (-50 to 380°C).

The SS311 and SS311T Smoker Probe uses a standard 1/2″ NPT threading, which is standard with most analog temperature dials / gauges.  As such this probe can easily replace an analog dial using the existing threading in some smokers. SS311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.  1/2″ NPT.

1″ Competition Series Food Probes –a small diameter probe in an easy to use form factor.  Probe Type: 100K Thermistor

DESCRIPTION The SF311 and SF311T Food Temperature Probe provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food, and can easily be inserted with the sharp tip. SF311T: Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 5 in. long probe, 90° angle, 4mm. diameter.

Pro Series Thermocouple Food Probe The Type-K Thermocouple Food Temperature Probe (SF2K) provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food, and can easily be inserted with the sharp tip. This probe is only compatible with the FireBoard 2 Pro. Probe Range: -148 to 1202˚F (-100 to 650˚C) Cable Range: -148 to 842˚F (-100 to 450˚C) Cable Length: 6 Feet (1.8m) Nickel-Chromium/Nickel-Alumel Dimensions: 2.0mm x 76mm

Pro Series Thermocouple Ambient Probe The Type-K Thermocouple Ambient Temperature Probe (SANT2K) provides accurate temperature readings in hot and cold environments. Use this probe for monitoring cold storage or ambient room temperatures. The 10K thermistor probe built with a 20′ wire is also easy to splice and extend, and additional lengths of 100s of feet can be added without any impact to temperature accuracy. Probe type: 10K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 248°F (-50 to 120°C). Specifications: 20 ft. cord, 2.5mm audio connector, 1 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.

The SA311T and SA311 Temperature Probe provides accurate temperature readings in hot and cold environments. Easy to mount inside of a oven, grill, cooler, or freezer. SA311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.  1/4 BSP Threading.

Fireboard Probe Extension (6ft) Use the 6 ft probe extension to increase the reach of the ambient or food probes that are used for the FireBoard. Will work with both Thermistor and RTD probes.

Probe Clip for mounting to the side of a pot/kettle – fitting 4mm diameter probes (SV311, SANT311, SA311, SF311).
